Restore is where your therapy plan takes shape. Each session builds on the last, combining guided exercises, education, and supportive coaching to refine muscle coordination and restore balance throughout the mouth, face, and airway.

You’ll begin noticing greater awareness, control, and ease as your body learns to function with more harmony and strength. Every session is paced to match your body’s capacity, supporting steady, sustainable progress that aligns with your goals.

You’ll meet with Hali for a series of one-on-one sessions over several months, with your plan and pacing tailored after your Consult so you have complete clarity on what to expect.
